           Factors for hair fall are many like  environmental effects, aging, stress, excessive smoking, nutritional deficiencies (iron-deficiency anemia), hormonal imbalance due to thyroid disorder, genetic factors, scalp infections, use of harsh chemically enriched hair products, certain medicines and medical conditions like, autoimmune diseases, and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).

Deep conditioning with coconut and almond oil

        Some time hair fall may be due to the poor nourishment of hairs. Hairs become rough and brittle which get easily gets the break and results in hair fall.

         Coconut oil and coconut milk either provides deep conditioning to the scalp and roots of hairs.


      Thrice in a week massage with either with oils or milk. Warm the coconut oil to lukewarm condition let it come down to room temperature. Massage your scalp and roots of hair gently with your fingers. Wrap up your hairs with towel for 30 minutes or overnight and wash it with the mild shampoo.

         You can use almond oil also or the mixture of both for conditioning. Warm oil easily penetrates into the roots and makes hair softer and stronger.

Green plant like hibiscus to stop hair fall with natural treatment

        Hibiscus or shoe plant, flower and leaves are beneficial to treat hair fall. Hibiscus contains essential nutrients like vitamin C, phosphorous, and riboflavin for smooth and strong hair. The flower also helps to remove toxins and promotes circulation, thereby enhancing hair growth.


      Add 5 to 10 flowers to coconut oil and heat it. Let it cool down and apply to scalp and massage. Leave it overnight and wash it off with the mild shampoo.

        Another way is to make a thick paste of either flowers or leaves of the hibiscus plant. Apply this paste on scalp for 30 minutes and wash it off.

        Twice in a week is enough for treatment. It will help in the nourishment of hairs, prevents premature greying, treats dandruff and also controls hair fall.
