Nollywood Actress Sophie Alakija Celebrates Husband, Wale Alakija On His Birthday
Nollywood Actress, Sophie Alakija took to her Instagram page to share some photos and a video to celebrate her husband birthday. She shared this photos and video on her page with caption saying that: “Happy Birthday my darling husband Words can’t express how much I love you. Thank you for everything you do, thanks for sharing all that OT thank you for my beautiful boys you make my heart just be tornioneown! I love love love you baby. You are a good catch”.
Many only know Sophie for being Wizkid’s ex-girlfriend and for appearing as lead dancer in his ‘Holla At your boy’ video. Sophie Alakija got married in a Muslim/Traitional wedding ceremony to her husband, Wale Alakija on March 27, 2016 in Surulere, Lagos and they both welcomed a child in early 2016.
Sophie is now a daughter in-law to Africa;s richest woman Folorunsho Alakija s she’s married to Wale who is of Yoruba descent. Sophie Alakija has also starred in numerous movies including Getting over him produced by Uduak Isong and directed by Desmond Elliot. It also features other stars like Majid Michel, Deyemi Okanlawon, Olive Emodi, Matilda Obaseki and so on.
Sophie Alakija wants everyone to stop addressing her as Wizkids ex-girlfriend. Apparently, Sophie is tired of being addressed that despite the fact that she is happily married. She made her frustration known during a scene from a reality tv series ‘Being In Nollywood.’
Sophie Rammal and Wale Alakija got married on March 27, 2016 in Surulere, Lagos. The bride’s parentage is Efik from Cross Rivers state and Lebanese, while the groom is Yoruba, which made for a culturally rich celebration. It was laid back and beautiful, with the couple’s love at center stage.
Sophie was beautifully dressed in a bold, fuschia pink attire as her first outfit by Kira Blanc and later changed into the traditional Efik bridal wear. Wale also changed twice from a simple woven piece to a full white agbada.
On the day, they both exchanged vows during a Muslim and traditional wedding ceremony with photography by B.lawz Studios.
The connection between the couple is one of random smiles with one another, they are also fond of pulling each other close and whispering snippets in each others ear – they are fun, fresh and so full of life!
